Mr and Mrs Smith
I Can’t Live Without You
Introducing Mr and Mrs Smith! Their day was soaked in a lot of love, a little rain, and a whole lot of forever. I’m excited to share a glimpse into their beautiful wedding day; full of emotion, laughter and unforgettable moments. The blog is here and its E V E R Y T H I N G .
Marissa and her closest girls got ready at her childhood home and I don’t think I’ve ever seen a bridal party so chill and so full of life! They adore this beautiful bride and it shows in every laugh, every happy tear and every sweet moment. There were so many special memories shared throughout the morning and it was truly a honor to capture them all. <3
One of my favorite moments to photograph is when the bride puts on her final touches. You can see it in her eyes; the quiet realization that this is it. The day she dreamed of as a little girl… the day she becomes a bride. Her time to shine. And the moment it truly sinks in that she’s about to marry her Prince Charming.
Andrew was such an incredible groom to work with. It’s always a joy when the groom truly values having these memories captured. His attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed, and it made documenting his day all the more meaningful. Chelsea met up with the guys at Ridgeview Hotel to capture them getting ready for the big day- and it was such a fun crew to photograph!
The ceremony was absolutely beautiful and full of sweet moments. One of my favorites was a shot Chelsea captured- the mother of the bride watching her baby girl walk down the aisle. It’s a moment that’s often missed, but one so full of emotion. I can’t imagine what is feels like, as a mother, to watch your daughter take those steps toward her future. Truly unforgettable.
After the “i do’s,” we knocked out family photos and some stunning bridal portraits right at the church. Then we headed to Lowville DEC for the bridal party fun and those sweet newlywed shots. Sure, it was raining- but the spirits were high, hair was (mostly) dry, and we worked fast to get the magic captured before heading to the reception to celebrate and finally dry off!
Huge THANK YOU to Mr and Mrs Smith! I loved photographing your special day and I hope nothing but great things for your future together as husband and wife! I hope you enjoyed viewing your “highlights” for your big day!
